About Tenugui

Tenugui is Japanese traditional hand towel made by cotton and usually 30cm x 90cm size. The most common use of this product is as a hand towel but also can be used headband, accessory or table cloth. People also use them for festivals or Kendo. Tenugui is well known that all people around Edo period (1603–1868) used them in their daily life and you can the fact on the Ukiyoe drawing around that time.
